Developed by Dolphin Capital Partners, the resort boasts 75 villas and a limited number of One&Only Private Homes for purchase, set on a sprawling 60-hectare beachfront site on the west side of Kéa Island. Rates start at 2,700 euro per night, including breakfast and taxes, making it an attractive option for travelers seeking the ultimate in opulence and relaxation.

With a commitment to holistic wellness, the One&Only Kéa Island will feature a destination spa and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. The brand recently partnered with leading health, wellness, and beauty expert Chenot to develop and implement wellness methods across its portfolio, including the well-established Espace Chenot and the new One&Only Spa by Chenot, created exclusively for its ultra-luxury resort collection. While details about the spa at One&Only Kéa Island are yet to be revealed, guests can expect nothing less than exceptional and rejuvenating treatments.

The resort's dedication to sustainability and preserving the natural environment is evident in its operations, from waste management practices to sustainable sourcing of materials. The project is located in Vroskopos Bay on the northwest part of the island and is designed in the style of a Greek amphitheater, with Dolphin Capital Partners continuing to manage the project and sales of the Private Homes.

In addition, the One&Only Aesthesis is another luxury resort in Greece, set to open soon on the coastline of Athens and developed by Grivalia Hospitality. The new-built resort will feature 127 luxurious rooms, suites, and villas, designed by MUZA Lab, A6Architects, and k-studio, with landscaping by AUDO. Both resorts will expand the One&Only brand's presence in Greece, offering luxury and elegance in unparalleled locations.

The One&Only Kéa Island will be headed by Jerome Colson, who has been with One&Only Resorts since 2012, while One&Only Aesthesis will be run by Yann Gillet, former General Manager of Martinez Cannes (Unbound Collection by Hyatt).
