Rising within The Skywaters, soon to be the nation’s tallest skyscraper, Aman Singapore will stand as a new landmark in the Garden City. The development is led by Singapore-based Perennial Holdings, with the tower designed by the internationally renowned Skidmore, Owings & Merrill—the architecture firm behind Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.
“Singapore is a leading global city-state, celebrated for its rich cultural heritage and dynamic economy,” said Vladislav Doronin, CEO and chairman of Aman Group. “The launch of Aman Singapore is something our devoted community has long anticipated… and will embody all the hallmarks of our urban sanctuaries.”
The interiors will be crafted by Kerry Hill Architects, with suites expected to be among the largest in Singapore. While Aman has yet to disclose the final number of rooms or floors, a revised plan submitted to the Urban Redevelopment Authority in July 2025 indicated just 11 suites, located between the 24th and 26th floors.
Above the hotel, Aman Singapore will introduce a collection of branded residences, ranging from one- to five-bedroom layouts. Residents, alongside hotel guests and members of the Aman Club, will enjoy access to a full-floor spa, anchored by an infinity-edge pool and designed as a sanctuary of wellness and exclusivity.
